All wholesale merchandise sales at Rhea are considered final, and returns are not accepted. Claims for shortages, damages, or defective items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting Wholesale Support at (213) 786-1031 or email@example.com. We take full responsibility for damaged items upon arrival, but after 14 days, we are no longer liable for damages.
Returns related to over-shipment can be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the Wholesale Support team approves a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided, and you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. All RMAs must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving approval, with the RMA printed and included inside the box alongside a shipping label affixed to the outside.
A credit to your account will be issued upon the receipt of the returned product, only if Wholesale Support approves the return before shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused by Rhea. For returns to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new/original condition.
Please note that items marked with sale prices are considered final sales, and RMAs will not be approved for such items.
